"All those cash registers not being used. That's a lot of wasted space. Long lines to wait in when I need to get back to the job site. The pro desk is a joke. They don't even notice you. Anyone can use the pro desk. So why is it called the pro desk? You can't find help in the store. The usual response is that's not my department yet there they are not in their department. My usual response to that is, can you go to your department and tell the person there to come back to their department, customer needs help. The parking lot. Of all the stores in the city which one has customers with trucks and trailers, yet the smaller parking spaces to monuver in and out of. That can be fixed but nobody notices or cares. I often feel that Home depot does not care about the customers, just the money."
