"Called about a product to check availability and shipping, simple small epdm 15x20 roof kit, was told no problem, go ahead and proceed with online order -- I process the order , $349 on Friday -- few days later, receive email Monday , order cancelled and supposed to refund - due to 60 mil out of stock and shipping issues --- Exactly why I called before proceeding with online order -- BUT , website still has everything in stock and NOW the price has more than doubled $810. Would have been nice if they were upfront and honest from the get go, good luck. - $800 for 15x20, come on. ZERO stars"

"Fast shipping, friendly service, and timely email response! The delivery company crushed a carton labeled fragile, David Lottes responded to my email within minutes on a Holiday wkend and assured me they would replace the tubes of caulk that came with my rubber roof kit! "Sent the items damaged then tried to go around Amazon to get the item back by sending a truck to pick it up with no paperwork or heads up. The truck drivers multiple yes refused pick up saying it was not legit or legal. They wanted me to pay 30% restock fee and I was sent a 5lb shipping label to return a 250lb pallet UPS. It would have cost $400 to $500 to ship it so I didn't bother having it weighed bc I paid $810 for the item. The lady answering the phone is always out of the office in the car and can't help with any problems but they can take your money. She would give me her email but when I emailed and text her she then said you need to contact the office. That is the number she answered. It has been a never ending process dealing with rude calls but Amazon said this company is not acting responsibly and quickly refunded our account. Since the refund they finally got their shipping label together I put it on the item and the truck driver picked it up. Now I am getting an email asking where this item is but that's okay. I have the paperwork the emails and video of this item pick up by the trucking company they sent. Seems they still can't get it together."

"Wow is right. After having a couple of phone conversations about a product and shipping procedure, I told them I would go ahead and place the order online. The item had been a specific price for the two weeks we'd been communicating. They returned one attempted phone call quickly but after a week had not returned another so the ordering process had dragged out. After having my last question answered, I placed the item in my cart. I was interrupted by one incoming call for a few minutes and then went back to the laptop to finish checking out. The specific size of epdm I told her I was ordering had gone up $49 in price in my cart and on the website (so had nothing to do with my shipping zip code). I called to speak with them about it. The same representative who had taken my other calls said she had nothing to do with pricing and just processed orders. There was no offer to help or match the price I had been led to believe it was or anything else. When I said I wouldn't be ordering if it was the higher price, she repeated the same sentence and hung up on me. Mere minutes after I left this review, the fabricated response was posted, which I imagine was the same with the previous 1 star review I'd chosen to disregard. I made the phone call in the presence of many witnesses. They do offer some unique sizes of EPDM so if you'd still like to order from them, I've found that you can google the product you want and will be able to find them selling it through Walmart and ebay and other reputable sellers who would add a layer of protection and the pricing is better than buying directly."
