"Spent over $13,000 in December and STILL do not have a finished floor!!!! Had hardwood installed on our stairs and down the upstairs hall. Not a big job by anyone's standards and they still managed to mess it up. DO NOT BUY FROM LL FLOORING. They may have changed their name but it's still the same horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and get a construction company to handle everything start to finish. They made me pay half of the entire job to just order in the wood, then made me pay for the ENTIRE job, installation and materials before the product even left their warehouse. Then they were supposed to send a work order to a 3rd party installer to get the floor installed. That never happened. Moral of the story is to stay far away from this company. Store #1126"
