"Terrible experience. I came here and spent an hour being laughed at and ridiculed over the state of my nails. Nothing was wrong with them when I walked in. I had a clear coat of polish on, and no cuts, scrapes, etc. They had me dip all my fingers in acetone (unneeded as I didn't have gel polish on). My cuticles started to bleed. From there, the owners would make comments not only to me about the state of my nails, but to other clients as well...who laughed along with them. This happened every couple of minutes, for the whole session. I was humiliated. They also didn't care for my injured nails...just painted on top of them. That's a health violation right there. I left my nail appointment upset and in tears. Shame on you for treating me, and any other clients this way!"

"I've been to them more than once and normally they do a VERY good job but this time I'm not so much. While the pedicure was excellent the manicure left something to be desired. They didn't do my cuticles, they were sloppy with the polish, I had to come home and clean up the sides, I like square nails and without even asking they completely rounded and shortened then considerably, I didn't even get a hand massage or lotion until I asked for lotion because my hands where so dry. Normally I would say they are excellent but they did not live up to my expectations this time. Maybe they were busy and I just got lost in the mix, regardless I'll hesitate to go back."

"I think they took advantage of 2 young girls! If your prices are posted then that’s what it should cost. You shouldn’t charge them $10 to $15 more for no reason at all and didn’t even give them what they wanted! Their nails would had looked better with $5 press on nails!! You literally can see the lumps on their nails!"
