"Update to the update: Hyundai replaced my engine and all is well with that vehicle. But I did want to say I watched a very nice clerk (Chris )assist a lady with her vehicle and he worked very hard to make sure he answered any question she had and was completely professional about it. It wasn't easy questions either! She was worried about her transmission and Chris was very helpful! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The clerk behind the counter read my codes but it wasn't quite clear. He then looked into it further and made the code much clear to me. Great service. UPDATE: The clerk explained to me that the alarm code was a ping alarm! That clerk started a nearly 6 month journey into getting an entire new engine for my Hyundai! He pushed me to follow up on it and I did. Had we ignored the code, like one mechanic told me to do (not worth it he said) we would have been screwed! Thank you Autozone!!!"
