"One star for the convenience of being able to go and pick up online orders (in the same state). And another star for the online payment flexibility. Other than that, it’s very terrible customer service when picking up orders at this FCD @ 3905 Artdale St location. The ladies in the front checking out are slow and way too laid back. They do not speak good English. They DO NOT answer phones, text messages, nor e-mails at this 3905 Artdale St location. No bueno. Another thing — my online order was placed on August 12th, 2023 and I just picked up my order (September 21st, 2023). Mind you, I had it set for shipping… When I get to the Artdale location, my order isn’t even ready! I waited about another 20 - 25 minutes outside in the blazing sun meanwhile the lady pressed my children’s “Friday shirts” with their class year. There’s gotta be a BETTER way, BETTER system at this FCD @ 3905 Artdale St location."

"I advise anyone who sees my review to order online ladies that work there are extremely rude!!!!! And if you go in person always crowded takes forever to get uniforms. Parking you can't get out at times because people park behind you so unorganized here. KIPP needs to change vendors. Unacceptable the unkindness of staff, even for just picking up they're rude!!!!!! We are the customers !!!! That's why they get paid."

"Doing a complaint with KIPP since this is an ongoing issue when it come to uniforms. The ladies on the front are rude. The online process of making appointment is absurd. People take several time slots and they don’t send reminders about your upcoming appointment that you made a month ago. They have all the people crowded inside. Went in said my appointment was yesterday and not today so they couldn’t help me and I mean gas ain’t cheap since parents do I have to drive far out. Said to make an appointment told them there wasn’t any time soon . Said try coming at 9 tomorrow and we will see if we can take you in if not you gotta leave and try the following day. Who has the time and to be coming back and forth is a drive to go. When I arrived at 2:30 they were just helping out people who had made an appointment since noon. They had several numbers out and they where just on number 7 when they had about 13 more number to go. Two people working in the front trying to get uniforms for several kids at the same time is just a no for me."
