"The first time I came here, I had no issues with my service. But the second time was drastically different. I had made an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. I arrived there, told them I had an appointment, and they said it would be a while for someone to see me. I was not put in a chair until 1:55, which was very disappointing. My tech was very nice, though. In hindsight, I should have just left around the 1:30 mark to go to another salon. As a business, either say you're walk-in only when you're understaffed or adhere to appointments if you respect the time and business of your clients."

"First time and never again. Just got them done today, and already chipping. They are also splotchy. I tried to call to get a refund since the business is too far away from me, and they refused."

"On September 15th I came in to get a full set. I asked Sarah to make sure my nails were on point (French tip and a design on the ring finger, no French) since I was getting married the next day. She assured me she would. My nails ended up crooked and uneven. After I asked her to make my nails slightly shorter (I have 4 children) she chopped my pinky nails super short. She gave a huge attitude to my sister in law who came in to see how much longer I would be (I was already in there for an hour and the kids were getting hungry). Well here we are 11 days later and one of my nails popped off (turning on a light switch) and the rest are starting to lift around the edges. Everyone else I encountered at the salon were super nice."

"This has become my new nail place! Both times I have gotten mine done it was very clear the two women I had took their time to really make sure things were correct. Redoing steps and preparing the cuticle well and filing well. These nails last me a long time! Close to three weeks. The first time I got chrome nails too. Very pretty salon and good color options."

"This was my first time at this place and first manicure no chip, and I would have never done it had I known I'd get these results. I'm very disappointed in the quality of my nails. The lighting in the shop made them look so nice, but when I got in my car, I was shocked at how bad they were. The lady was very nice, but my nails look horrible and I can't believe I paid so much for this."
