"I went for my birthday and showed the lady what I wanted, American French Manicure. Not only was it a very experience but she stabbed me and cut me 3 times. I expressed my disappointment in her service and when I went to pay, I had gift card. You would think after she didn’t folllow my desire for manicure she would not charge me but I had to pay $10 more than my gift card. Very bad experience and will never go back. My fingers are still very sore where she stabbed me."

"They’re one of the few places, in town, that still has a full line of OPI no chip and regular. If you go regularly they remember you, they have always been very nice to me, I’ve had nothing but good experiences."

"When I was there last week a person called and asked to speak with a manager, (the phone was on speaker) and they lied and said she wasn't there, then hung up on her and laughed about it. My own personal experience was horrible too. They charge you for gels then give you some press ons, and did NOT prep my nails. They just started to glue on over my overgrown cuticle. Very Unprofessional. RUN AWAY LADIES AND GENTS. Do not go here. Waste of Money. I wanted to speak up but by the impression i got from them, they do not care about a dissatisfied customer and they will not fix it, or even give you the time of day. So again, don't waste your money$$ Because they don't give a F"

"They were nice but unprofessional. I don’t get my nails done often so I don’t know the terms. But I know that if you’re going to put on fake nails they should have trimmed and pushed back the cuticle. They didn’t even ask me to wash my hands. I had red hot sauce in the corners of my nails and she just started gluing right over it. My thumb was put on crooked. And you can clearly see where the fake nail was missing in the corner. I asked for a jewel or gem to hide the imperfection 5 ladies in there and no one knew what I was saying or pointing at. They were all nice but not one lady could understand me. So I left dissatisfied and feeling like I wasted my money and time. I will never come back. I do not recommend. If you can’t take the time to care about what a customer is trying to express that they want, then what is the point. I went home and cried. I had to go to a bachelorette party the next day. I stayed up all night attempting to fix my own nails after paying close to $90 for a mani pedi. It was 68 and I don’t know what’s wrong with me I still tipped $20 because I had two ladies. One for feet and one for nails. Very disappointed and borderline depressed. The nails I got done on Thursday. It’s Monday I am soaking them off myself because I can’t stand yo look at them anymore. I showed the nail tech a pic of nails from their own Facebook page! To keep expectations realistic. And they did not deliver. So can’t communicate. They don’t do work like they have on FB They told my my nails were too short for a French so when I asked for gels that’s when they started gluing to my hand. With out any kind of prep. Also I though gels were powder and liquid solution. But they glued on fake pre shaped nails and called it gel. Idk if that’s new or what. Again, do not recommend. Steer clear."

"wanted a polish change and this is what i got. went back into the store twice asking for them to fix it and when they did it was still just as bad. i feel like i could have done it better myself."
