She prepared for my appointment by consulting with me ahead of time to make sure she knew what I wanted - when I arrived she had a few great ideas which put my mind at ease as I can never decide anything! I was a new client, and I was nervous because I just moved and had previously been with my old stylist for many years. Change is not easy but I felt comfortable with Linda from the moment I arrived. I am EXTREMELY happy with my hair - I would not change a thing about it! When the color was initially done, Linda wasn't entirely happy with it (I was, but I trusted that she knew best). She took the time and added more toner and the color got even better - she of course knows what she is doing! Her salon is located in her home which made me feel safe and relaxed.
