"Went yesterday and have a bubble in my nail called and the lady was not nice and hung up on me twice"

"We asked the desk person to confirm the price for a mani petty gel. The prices listed were wrong. After they confirmed the prices, we agreed and waited 15min for the service- the new clerk, without me asking gave a new price. Unbelievable and bad business, we left. Strange their prices are higher than my nail tech in Chicago, all of a sudden."

"They did a good job, but I felt it's a bit pricey for me, I don't usually get my nails done, though, so I'm sure they're all pretty expensive now"

"My experience wasn’t good. The man that did them was very rough...He had bloody nails and I did not like him touching my hands with them. I was not rude about it, but come on? Anyway, he made me pay before he even finished the job? Who does that? He waited to check if I will give him a tip so he can decide how well he will do the job? The nails were very uneven and it hurt. I could not last a day with them. He also shaved down mine a lot. I did not like this place at all, and it was waste of money."

"This place is very cheap compared to other nail salons and I think they did a pretty good job for how cheap it was. the only issue I have is that the polish on my nails started chipping a couple days after. Also their heat lamp doesn't work very well so I had to sit there for a little while. The man who did my nails was very nice and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. If I knew his name I would give my recommendation. Overall I am happy with my nails even tho the polish has chipped but that could be because of work."
