"I love going to this nail salon. I used to be a frequent walk in and they would fit me in right away or by having me return in 30 minutes to an hour. They never complained once! But now I use their website and schedule my appointments and that has been awesome! I always get the Poly gel manicure with Stephanie, she’s always so kind and is always down to try something quirky. For example, I am a Helluva Boss fan and was going to a convention to meet the voice actor for Blitzo! She was willing to try and did such an amazing job for me! She’s careful with my cuticles and so fun to talk with!"
"Worst spa experience I’ve ever had. Spent $280 dollars (from all the hidden fees) plus the lady that did my daughters nails asked me after I paid if she paint the ladies nails that “walked” in and didn’t have an appointment/ when we had an appointment. Also, I have included a picture of my daughters nails underneath where the lady purposely got paint on her, also the sighs and irritation from the lady doing our nails were clear as day! You would think someone who pays a larger bill as I did today that we would’ve been treated a lot better than we were… not a happy customer at all and will never return. Would not recommend"
