"Jason was incredibly helpful with finding us the right option for replacing our windows. He was communicative and it felt like he genuinely wanted us to get a price and product we would be happy with. In the end, he did just that, and we couldn't be happier with our new windows."
"Patrick and Cory did a great job installing a walk-in shower for our elderly parents. They started first thing in the morning and were done by early afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and the shower looked really nice."
"We hired TruHome to install replacement windows throughout our whole house and upgrade our bathroom. We are extremely happy with the final results of both projects, however, getting there was a challenge. We started the process in May 2023 with Jason. Installation on both projects started the week of Thanksgiving. Communication is the biggest issue I ran in to specifically with Jason. I had to reach out several times and when I tried to call him, I would get a text asking me to send him a text…which I had already done with no reply and the reason I was calling him. He would say he would call back on a specific day and he would never call. Prior to the window installation, Ryan and his team stopped out at the house to get final window measurements. We discussed the window types to confirm what they were ordering was in line with what we wanted. The paperwork he had was showing sliders in our living room, which was not what we asked for so Ryan made sure to correct it to casement. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ryan and his team were great! They were very professional, provided updates and cleaned up after they were finished for the day. In the bathroom we replaced the shower, bathtub, installed a new counter top and flooring. I ordered a special niche for the shower which was going to cost an additional $600 according to Jason. As Patrick was working on the tear out and rebuilding the shower area, the niche open space didn’t appear to match the layout I provided to Jason so I questioned it. Patrick wasn’t aware of the special niche layout which concerned me. Next, we were talking about the color and pattern for the background in the shower and I mentioned we went with Pompey Marble. Patrick informed me that that’s not what they brought. After I showed him all of the communication I had with Jason and the email sent to Jason with the pdf’s that had pictures and spelled out exactly what I wanted he immediately called the office. They ordered the correct color and pattern for us. Because the niche wasn’t what I originally ordered, Patrick provided some idea’s of what we could do and we went with it. Due to the wrong color and pattern being ordered our family was without a shower almost 2 weeks and had to drive to my brother-in-laws to shower daily. The bathroom was completed the last week in November. Friday, December 1 was the first day we could use the shower after the caulk, etc. had time to dry. Our daughter turns the shower on and immediately water is running through my ceiling downstairs. The majority of the TruHome team were on company trip in Jamaica. They sent Cory out on Saturday and he fixed the pipes as something wasn’t installed correctly. Jason called me from Jamaica the evening of Dec. 2 telling me he would be at my house with Patrick the next Wednesday and that he had a gift card for us due to all the issues we encountered. Patrick stopped Wednesday and fixed the wall that had to be opened up due to the pipe leakage. Jason never showed up and I haven’t heard back from him since his call on Dec. 2. Patrick and Cory were amazing work with. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I appreciate both of their attention to detail and patience. We LOVE our bathroom. In my opinion, the installation crews are what saved TruHome’s reputation for me with the outcome of our projects overall. I would recommend them but would be selective with who I work with to start the project."
"This is the best team of people I have ever worked with. They redid both of my bathrooms and did a beautiful job! Josh was a delight to work with and Derek was awesome! I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch work. I will definitely be using them again!"
"So happy with our new shower! Josh was great during the initial design process. He made sure we got everything we wanted, and was very transparent about expectations and cost. Our installers Patrick & Cory were also great, and the finished product looks even better than I imagined! Would use them again in the future."
