"I went to get my hair trimmed and layered. Ask if she could French braid my hair… stylist said “we don’t style here” SINCE when does a hair salon not style?? Guess I didn’t get the memo. Also I asked for a trim and layers. Realized later she only trimmed it. No wonder my hair appointment only took 10 minutes! Never going back there !"

"I tried several times with no success to get a haircut here. I walk in they seem happy to refuse me or tell me the wait is over 2 hours because I didn’t make an appointment or check in online. The website says:Great Clips hair salons provide haircuts to men, women and kids. We're open evenings and weekends, no appointments necessary! Walk-ins Welcome. Thanks for making me feel like an idiot each time I walk in, it won’t happen again. I can walk in the Super cuts nearby and be out in less than 15mins."
