"Arrive 20 minutes before closing to pick up an online order, employees still in store. This was an in and out transaction. Why don't they just changed their operating hours on Google to 7:30 closing time instead of 8pm. Making customers drive all the way there for nothing."

"We arrived at Ford City Mall before 7:30pm with the sole purpose of buying shoes. We were walking past Snipes and my boyfriend saw the exact shoes he wanted on the display wall. We asked if the store was still open because the gate was halfway closed and the employee told us they were closed, which I thought was weird because the gate was not closed completely and locked. We took our business to another store. I looked up Snipes hours of operation and saw that they actually close at 8pm. We gladly spent our $250 somewhere else. Now multiply that amount by how many potential customers are turned away by your employees."
