"My wife bought a pair of shoes last Sunday and found a similar pair of shoes elsewhere. So we planned on returning the pair from Shoe Sensation on Monday after work. The associate who sold us the shoes, said that the shoes were worn and they could not be returned. I pointed out that they shoes were only worn inside the store to check the fit and if the sole sole has a dirt smudge it was from the store's carpeting. I was then informed that I was being hostile towards the associate and that I should take matters up with the owner who is only in on mornings. We will never be back an we typically buy our nine grandchildren shoes twice a year.Just check any shoes you buy for the most miniscule scuffs or marks before you purchase."
