"the worker luke helped me out a lot , I’ve never shopped at this shop before so I was a bit confused on where to start looking, luckily luke was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. The other worker who helped me was stormy, I am not very good when it comes to style but stormy was able to help me with that. Will be coming back especially after feeling very welcomed in my first visit!"

"I was at the DeKalb location trying to exchange my jeans. The girl working and the manager were super rude refused to do the exchange because I grabbed the wrong tag (I bought two pairs originally and was only returning one) and they kept saying I washed the jeans and that they smelled like detergent when I literally have never washed them. And they def didn’t smell like anything. Overall these workers were very rude and very poor customer service. I will NOT be going back to this location."

"horrible customer service. I have been buying BKE jeans for over 20 years. The new versions are junk and wear out/fray for no reason. They don't even last a few times wearing them. Employee will do nothing to help you except give you awful glares that make you feel like you are a complete moron. I guess I am buying Silver jeans from now on!!! Good Bye Buckle!"

"Love this place!! Stormy was so helpful with finding me jeans that would fit me just right ! Sometimes when our bodies are getting older we need jeans to fit our ever changing figure and she knew what brand to go pick!! Very kind girl definitely nicely mannered!!will return for sure!!"

"Buckles a must go to store if your looking for a perfect pair of jeans, this place won’t disappoint… I’ve been missing out all these years. I went to the store on Sunday and was greeted by a beautiful young lady name Jackie, you could certainly see she loved her job!!! With a great big smile. She introduced yourself and asked my name and what I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction. I picked a few pair of jeans to try it on. She walked me over to the fitting room I saw a jacket that I liked she picked the jacket out in my size with the matching T-shirt. I tried everything on it was great quality fit to perfection… I took it all. The manger also greeted me Jillian, what a nice surprise. She was warm and welcoming. A great store, go you’ll be glad you did. I looked around at the other fabulous items they offer, they are spot on with todays trends. I also want to give a shout out to Maddie & Luke who also engaged in our conversation, everyone was so nice. Buckle offers a wide variety of sizes styles, lengths in jeans, something for everyone…. Jackets tops sweaters hats jewels shoes, they even have a nice men’s selection. What a great staff and great customer service!!! Felt like the old days when businesses pride themselves in offering this to the customers. This store was so great loved my purchases I was so happy I went back the day with my sister.
