"After getting turned down from a different shoe repair, I brought a pair of boots here hoping they could fix them. The front desk woman was very helpful from the time I called to see if they could fix my boots. She had me text a picture to ask the man who repairs them to see if he could fix them. I brought them in and they were very accommodating and assured me they could fix it, while another repair shop told me They could not. They asked when I wanted them finished and we're able to accommodate me because it was important that I picked up the boots before Christmas. I brought them on a Monday and picked them back up Friday. He did a phenomenal job on repairing a giant pair in a very sentimental pair of boots. Also polished and new heels.
