"Went into the store found a pair of shoes my niece finally liked after going through three other stores. Asked for help from a worker she was a female asked her if she had a kids 5 in the pair of Van's we wanted. She went to the back we are waiting like 5 minutes comes back with nothing proceeds to help someone else and totally forgot about us. They weren't busy it was last Friday hardly anyone in the store about 50 minutes til close. That was a slap in the face so we set the shoe down left. You lost our Business will never be back. Thanks"
