No change at 11.45 am. Went to Ricotta's shop, gave keys and asked for them to tow it in. the had it towed, diagnosed the problem, found it was a bad starter, found a starter (18 year old vehicle), called me for permission, had it ready for me to pick up by 5 pm. Then on top of that, I did not have my wallet to pay. Tom let me take the vehicle home and pay the next day even though I had only met him once last fall for vehicle service. Great business!
