"Did my first ride this afternoon after having The Bike Factory replace the cables and chain. Shifts and brakes better than when I first bought it new. The other two shops that worked on it never had the front derailleur shifting this good. Having them put Jagwire cables on my Cannondale road bike was a great idea."

"4 minutes ago Their web-site prices are VERY deceptive. I rented a road bike on 9/16/23. When I came to pay for the one day rental I asked for $60 back from the $100 deposit, because I was expecting to pay the $40 listed on their web-site. However, I was told I owed $20 because the cost was $120 per day!!!! I reluctantly paid because I need to quickly get on the road home. That day, after i double cheked their web-site, I called and left a voicemail. No response. Then I sent an email the next day. Still no response. I then called and spoke to someone on 9/24/23 and he informed me that the website seems to need to be updated. And that he would ask someone to call me back. It's 9/30 and still no one has bothered to call me to explain why I paid $80 more than their listed price. How many other people has this happened to? I rented from here because of the listed pricing. I would not recommend this bike rental due to their bait and switch pricing"
