"Extremely poor customer service, refusing to refund or pay for my scratched rims and the manager has my number: will not even call to work something out. Very poor service."

"Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. I’ve heard from the employees that this place writes their own reviews to keep it above 4 stars bc they didn’t think I could speak Spanish. Took my car to get one tire replaced and the SAME DAY it popped while I was driving, which was very scary. I try to take it back to the shop and the EXTREMELY RUDE woman there shouted at me and refused to change the tire. So now, I’ve asked my friend who is a lawyer to look into this place because with underage kids working and employees shouting at customers who leave bad reviews, I’m done and at my last straw with businesses like this. Paying double or triple somewhere else would be better for you, even if it’s Sunday and you’re desperate. It’s what I should have done to save myself the hassle of a garbage tire job, being accosted by a trash woman at the front and of having to report this shop to the city."

"Wish I could give this dump zero stars. They have a nice little law suit coming their way for putting a faulty tire on my car AND not even putting it on correctly. I could’ve gotten seriously hurt when the tire literally came off the rim while I was driving. The idiot lady was extremely rude when we asked them to re service the vehicle. This place is an actual joke and I hope the city + my attorneys close this place down. Save your money and your life and go to a more worthy local tire shop."

"First and last time at this place. WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten at a tire shop. Got 4 tires, not worth $5 older than the tires i originally had replaced. Update: 5 days later and one of the tires almost KILLED me."
