"Beware! Jim takes advantage of seniors with mental health issues! My good friend brought her can in for tires and in a very obvious not RATIONALE state of mind she offered to sell her 24k car to him for 5k. He jumped on it !!! Purchased the car and after being contacted by the family explaining the situation and mental health issue REFUSES to give it back. Do YOU really want to do business with someone who acts so unethically! Terrible"

"Be aware of a guy named Jim who takes advantage of elderly woman. Said woman entered his store for new tires (notably in a deranged state) and he took an opportunity to make money off her by purchasing her car for 20% of its worth. He has been approached by a few people to return the car to its owner in exchange for him money, and any fees incurred while transferring ownership, and has declined. This certainly highlights his character and reflects the type of character you can expect if you go to Kelly Tires. Let's see what the law decides when this case is brought to court. Good luck Jimbo. "Had new tires installed and immediately noticed a vibration at highway speeds. Took it back to check the balance and they said it was fine. Still had the vibration so I took it back a second time where they refused to look at it. Took the car to Firestone and had the problem solved. All four tires were out of balance, a lug nut was missing and the lug nuts were “loose” according to Firestone."

"Had a bad tire, kept losing air no matter how many times I filled it back up. I stopped here after work and explained the situation to the gentleman. He took the car in right away and fixed it for me. I truly appreciate it, seeing how he was busy with other customers, and it also is a holiday weekend. Once again, thank you!"

"I got a flat tire last night and had to put a donut on, I called this place this morning, got my car in, and I left about a half hour later with a new tire on for a decent $115. They were also honest with me and told me the wheel will make a noise because it hit the ground the night before when the jack gave out on me, and that it is fixable but the car will still be completed fine if we don’t fix it. Overall friendly and fast service and pretty good pricing, I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I need to take my car in :)"
