"Such an amazingly kind and caring place. Fixed my frozen sliding door on my van that had a huge piece fall off including my back light that connects to it same day with no charge in less than an hour. They seen how frantic I was and took care of it. The staff in the front were so nice. Especially Maria. And the mechanics I seen were the best. Definitely recommend this place. I also bought my van from them a year ago too. I feel they take care of their customers. Thank you baha!"

"Bad experience already with them and haven’t even had my car fixed yet!! So was going to get my car fixed with them through my insurance. I called them in the beginning of May to make an appointment. They told me that they were very short staffed and that it will take about 2 weeks to get my car fixed. I got a appointment for May 30th - Memorial Day. I honestly did not realized until the week before the appointment. I called them back and they told me that they will have to reschedule my appointment since they will be closed. The earliest was 2 weeks later - June 13. When I asked if they could see me sooner since it wasn’t my fault that I got scheduled on a holiday. They said that they don’t have any openings before that. So today, I called my insurance to set up the tow to Baha and they told me that Baha had to cancel the appointment because they did not have a body painter! I never received a call from them about getting my appointment cancelled. I called Baha after I finished with calling the insurance and they did not answer the phone."

"Abe at Baha was very friendly, responsive, and I always felt I was getting a good deal. My front bumper had dents and was coming off and the lower grille had been stolen. I went in and they were able to repair my bumper instead of a full replacement which is what a lot of other businesses suggested. They did this and fixed the bumper very quickly. I even had an issue with the grille a little bit later and they fixed it for free. I came all the way from Chicago because it seems this was the best value by far and I’m glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and the service was really quick and affordable. I would recommend highly!"
