"The reason for the low rating is due to lack of communication. I called the day before for a tire rotation and was told to drop it off between 10 and 2. When I got there, the Employee told me they weren't taking vehicles without an appointment which couldn't be scheduled 2 weeks. Fortunately, the person I spoke with in the phone was there AND remembered me. I had to drop it off and it took all but, the work was done. They need better communication between employees."
