"Bought a set of rims and tires. Good tires good rims, except I waited over a month and a half for all four tires to come in. When I purchased them they confirmed they had hands on them elsewhere and would be delivered by next week. I stressed my tires where nine years old but was fine waiting a week. Weeks go by I have to call them to find out that only three were delivered yesterday, we should have the other one by next week. Great fine and dandy Ive waited now 6 and a half weeks for it. Except every time I need a rotation I need to wait an hour thirty past my scheduled appointment time for my vehicle to even enter the bay to begin service. Would love to purchase winter set but highly doubt I would get any sort of service before Christmas. Also I mentioned I purchased nice set of black rims. After only two balance and rotations more than half of each of the rims is caked in the adhesive for the weights. I was told to wipe it with acetone. After my rotation, on the way home my tire lights turned on and they filled it up way over the recommended psi. They were very helpful and attentive when we were about to purchase but downhill from there when it comes to service"
