"Im a lost for words on how Cole and his Manager helped me out when I did not have the funds to get at least one brand new tire. They were unable to repair my tire and deemed it a road hazard, but the Store Manager went above and beyond to help me with my problem and gifted me a BRAND NEW KUMHO TIRE I am still at a lost for words. Shout out to Cole his manager and the rest of the team for helping me out."

"I was driving and picked up a nail in my tire. My tire sensor was showing only 15psi so I needed to get it fixed right away. I saw the Discount Tire sign and I pulled in to get it fixed before I was driving on my rim. I walked into the office and the assistant manager Ezra told me they just closed. However, he said that he would make sure my tire got fixed so that I could drive home safely. I would never have expected this kind of service from a big tire chain store but I was truly impressed with Discount Tire. Ezra went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of and that I was able to return home safely. If I'm ever in need of new tires or another repair, Discount Tire in Bloomingdale will be my first stop!"
