"Josh P and his team did a TREMENDOUS job with our Audi Q8. We are very happy we came to the Bloomingdale Costco for new tires. The customer service and attention to detail was much better than anywhere else I've been. It is also great that Costco has free air to Costco members, I didn't know that until now."

"If I could give this zero stars, I would. DO NOT, I repeat do NOT take your car here for new tires especially if you have a nice car like a BMW that has nice rims. I paid over 2k for tires and installation on my BMW X7. We had an appointment scheduled. Dropped it off 10 minutes before the schedule time. I was told we would receive a call when it was ready. 2.5 hours went by and I called the shop to check the status and they told us it was done and they forgot to call us.... I get in the car and there is BLACK GREASE on the steering wheel, gear shifter, console and door which is leather by the way. GREASE ON A LEATHER INTERIOR. After getting home, I went to thoroughly clean the rims and tires as I normally do every two weeks with the rim brush, tire brush and wheel wash spray. I noticed the front right rim had been damaged on THREE different spots. I called and spoke to the tire shop manager. He did not even apologize or ask to even see the damage. He said you can go to the customer service desk and file a claim. Corporate will investigate and make a determination of the outcome. Claim was filed. Waiting to hear back. Lesson learned. If you have a car, you care about do not bring it here and definitely photograph your rims BEFORE and ensure the manager confirms that there is no damage AT THE time of drop off. I will gladly pay the extra $$$ and take it to the dealership next time. Save yourself the headache, time and damage."

"Costco Tire Center is a great place to purchase tires. They have great prices on premium brands and there's often a promotion that rotates between Michelin and Bridgestone tires. I personally prefer Michelin myself. I've bought four sets of tires through them over the last five years and the quality has been great. The installation is usually complete in an hour or two. I also like that the road hazard warranty is included and I don't have to purchase add on certificates that other tire shops upsell."

"I am a loyal Costco customer. Not this time. Long wait time. After getting new tires on. I’m told to come back after 25 miles to re-torque. If that is such a word. Twenty four hours goes by and lights come on on my car saying low tire pressure. I called the tire center and let them know what happened. I was told by the tech it’s because of the temperature change, but there was no change in temperature. They also put on emerald green screw tops onto the valve stems. It looks ridiculous. I went back to Costco for the re-torque. More waiting time. I also have them check the tire pressure. The re-torqued only one nut on each wheel. They checked the pressure in the tires. I hope they did that correct. Now my lights are on in my car saying the pressure is not correct. They don’t know how to cancel the signal. Of course. I drive a Volvo. I want to be safe. I guess we all want that no matter what we drive. Now I have to bring my car to the dealer or somewhere else. Who has the time for this? I might have saved a couple of dollars but who really knows. Now I have more problems. Don’t go to Costco for tires!"

"It's not you it's me. When I'm handling the chore of a tire rotation I'm not wanting to wander the aisles of the store so there is one hard bench to sit at and all those toxic tire fumes to inhale. Not even a bench outside if the weather is decent."
