"Had curb rash repaired through a warranty company on my Tahoe that has alloy wheels. Picked my car up and noticed the rims were dull. Noticed within the year of their warranty period that their PAINT job was chipping. Notified company and of course they stated that they’ve “never” had that happen before and to bring car back. I refused. Spoke to warranty company who stated that this company reported that my rims were originally painted - a lie. Worked with a new company who literally laughed at this company’s work…got the job done correctly elsewhere."

"Good enough but not perfect. Shaping and smoothing the fillings wasn't hard and they were just rushing it. And I don't like their attitudes. One unexperienced mechanic (an apprentice I believe) didn't even know to tighten the bolts in a star pattern. It's something about safety. I asked the other mechanic to double check my bolts and he was not willing to do so and lock me out of the door. Not to mention, one smokes next to my car."
