"Usually I have an amazing experience buy tonight wasn't one of those moments. The lady greeting people.at the door refused to greet us in any way shape or form! She was rude and unwilling to help. When we even looked like.we were approaching her for assistance she walked away or acted as if we were invisible. I won't return to this location!"

"I placed an online order for delivery. Only 2 of the 11 items were able to be shipped. The other items were forced to be placed on pickup from the nearest Bath & Body Works store of my choice. There was no disclaimer prior to ordering that stated the order must be picked up by a certain date. I didn't realize this until after the order was placed and I started receiving text messages that were on a countdown. Due to my work schedule I was unable to pick up the items from the store by their surprise pick up date. I called in advance to let them know I can pick up the following morning since I'm off work. I received a big No! My order will be canceled and no empathy given or trying to work with a returning customer that prepaid. This is exactly why my preferred method for the order was delivery which they were unable to fulfill. I will be taking my business elsewhere. David needs customer service training!"
"Today was my first time coming to this location and I love it here. I was greeted at the door by most pleasant young lady who not only spoke and welcomed me into the store but she explained the sales. I felt like I had just walked into an upscale store and they knew I was going to spend, spend, spend. Although Ms. Mia probably didn’t want to hear why I was there she still smiled and listened anyway. The customer service was so good I felt like skipping out of the store. So if you want to feel like you are worth a million bucks go to the Bath and Body Works in Tinley Park, IL❣️"
