"Last week I went to store and choose a belt but they didn’t have my size I ask employee to if I have any chance to order and employee said they have at other location and she ordered for me that belt, I left my number for update me about when they received the item she was gonna call me and I’ll go pay-pickup. after couple days no update.. I’ve call the store and they said they did not receive and she didn’t even order it. If I know she didn’t order it for me I would go and buy from the store which is she said they have in stock. Today I went to check if they have smiler item or any other color for that belt but this time different employee were informing me and she keep saying “we are an outlet we don’t have” I asked like -can you check if they have at another location? she said without even really looking “we don’t have anymore”. Hımm OK. And I asked another bag if they have different color same answer without checking, “we are an outlet we don’t have” literally her attitude was not friendly or helpful. Of course I know this is an outlet store and If I would like to pay more I would go to boutique. But these employees made me aware of how Low cost items served with Low Quality !!! I want to inform the owner or manager of this store your employee is not trying to make sale or They do not communicate properly with customers, who’s really trying to buy something. I’ll Never come back."
