"I drove there ALL THE WAY from Streator for I thought I would have a hood tire job. Friendly people but THE WORST tire service I’ve ever experienced!!! (I’ve owned cars for 33 years). They assigned the job of my car to a very young kid, I thought “no problem as long as another employee is there with him supervising”…they installed two new tires in the front, I requested balance on rear tires as well so, two new tires, all 4 tires balanced, I saw everything being done, what I didn’t see was the tire balance results. (I knew my car needed an alignment for I had just replaced front wheel bearings) I payed, get my car and to get alignment. My car started to vibrate at 65mph NEVER THINKING the problem was in the tires!. I decided to take my care to a mechanic shop. They perform a few tests and say it’s a bad tire balance job. I take my car to another tire shop. They walk me in to see for myself the results of the balance performed on my tires, ALL 4 TIRES ARE UNBALANCED 50/25, 25/75, 50/175!!! and 50/100. New balance results?: 0/0, 0/0, 0/0 and 0/0. You have being warned, AVOID THAT PLACE AT ALL COST!!!. (Never went back to complaint because I live like one hour 45 minutes away!)."
