"Impersonal service, very POOR customer complaint resolution, and they outsource more than 95% of the products they offer, including most everything other than having 4 smaller embroidery machines and one decal press on site. They do not initially share that information with their customers up front and I personally find that to be misleading to their customers. Personally, I was completely mislead by them, I experienced first hand how they failed to fulfill a specific customer's order after the original order was not as requested, and per the customer, was handled inappropriately without providing an acceptable resolution. Due to this experience with their customer service, I CANNOT & WILL NOT recommend them to any of my fellow business associates or friends."
