"First of all, the short haired shorter manager is a whacko that shouldn’t be carrying a gun. Second, FOID card to enter is insane, and the cell phone thing is just as ridiculous. Won’t ever come back to this place. Especially considering the fact that they do treat you like a criminal. It’s just the toxic staff that ruins the whole experience."

"I was very unhappy with how this company does business. I was foid carded at the door, told absolutely no phone use in store for any reason, and if I wanted to hold or speak to one of the employees at the gun counter. I had to first stand in a separate line away from the counter and wait to be called on, then verify my foid card once again before anything was discussed. And if these rules were not followed, I would be told to leave the store. The reasons that were given for all of this service are due to the store not wanting "Straw purchases " being done. I will never give them any of my time or money. No one there welcomed us or even asked if they could help find what I was looking for."

"Very large facility in regards to retail for clothing as well as guns. My wife found what she needed, and it was reasonably priced. The Sales representative was very knowledgeable about the state changes in gun laws. Unfortunately, due to their no cell phone policy, make sure you have cash or your credit card handy. You cannot make a payment with your cell phone because that violates their policy."

"They have a great selection. However there are a few inconveniences. If you want to enter the store, you must show your foid card at the door. They are very strict about taking your phone out in the store that apparently has to do something with straw purchases. If you decide you want to purchase anything you have to walk back out to the front of the store again and get into another line for someone to serve you. Sadly, like other places, they appear to be understaffed. And in Illinois buying a gun can be a time-consuming ordeal so you end up waiting a long time. They have a nice range and knowledgeable staff. They are a high profile store and so I’m sure they are just crossing T’s and dotting I’s."

"Been shopping here for ammo and accessories for over a year now because this store has one of the largest selections I've seen. This week bought myself Mossberg MVP patrol rifle here for a decent price (below manufacturers). Never had any problems with the staff, everyone is quite polite, one of the guys helped me carry all the gear I bought to my car. Will definitely keep coming back here."
