"Visited this location today! I had an unfortunate pothole situation with my wheel. After getting the wheel fixed, the techs were able to balance my tires to the best of their ability. However, the customer service was great as soon as we walked through the door with Tony and the other manager (can’t remember his name). However, they were stellar and upon leaving Victor shared with me about the status of my vehicle. But made a perfect recommendation that I did not think about. Being a female, I appreciated him providing me with options!!! I visited the Arnold location which was awesome as well, but this one took additional measures that I appreciated. This was my first time coming to Discount Tire and I will definitely utilize them and this particular location in the future!!"

"I bought my first set of tires in 1978 and A lot more since then. Today was the best service I have ever experienced. Starting with the website, easy to navigate and use. I was able to verify my Veteran status for the discount easily, thank you for supporting the military and first responders, it means a lot. Tires would be delivered Monday morning so I made a Monday afternoon appointment. 10 minutes later, Tony called and said the tires would be there tomorrow (Friday), he would call when they arrived and I could come in any time. About 3pm today Tony called again, the tires were delivered early, come any time for installation. Note that Firestone and Dobbs are currently two weeks out on installation appointments. I showed up at 3:40pm, Tony and Todd both made me very welcome and offered me cold bottled water. The store was very clean and well kept as was the shop. I am sorry to say I did not get the name of the installer but he was very polite and quick, less than 30 minutes for four tires. All this at $350.00 less than other tire dealers already mentioned, including the certificates for a 100% non prorated, no questions asked warranty. Five stars is not enough for these folks. You earned a lifetime customer today."

"Unbelievable service. I have been a service writer for over 20 years. Bought a set of Michelins on a weekend. I was in and out in an hr. and a half. Best tires I have ever owned. Tire light came on, and I had to stop back where I received immediate attention. So pleasantly surprised! Thank you, Tony!"

"Tony greeted me as soon as I walked In the door. Went over pricing and showed me everything on the screen so there were no surprises. Let me know my lug nuts needed to be replaced and showed me why. They even offered me bottled water. Overall great experience."

"My tires kept losing pressure very quickly so I took advantage of Discount Tire's free air pressure check. Dakota filled my tires and let me know they were over 8 years old and I probably needed new ones. No pressure. No heavy awkward sales pitch. He just gave me the info and left it up to me. Which I appreciated. I came in a few days ago and he helped me figure out which tires to get. I have social anxiety and dealing with salespeople can be stressful, but Dakota was very kind and helpful and I didn't feel stressed at all. I'm sure the tires they put on were great, but when I find amazing customer service like that, I think that is more valuable than anything. They also put in new pressure sensors. My old ones were nearly dead and they were never accurate. The ones they installed were accurate within 0.6 PSI, so I was very happy about that. The tires feel great so far. The tread is so much better than my balding 8 year old death traps. I'm sure they will last me a long time. So if you want to feel well taken care of, I definitely recommend this Discount Tire, Dakota, and the rest of the staff. Great experience."
