"Walked in for an oil change and the wait wasn't bad (15 minutes or so). Staff was friendly and attentive. My oil change light came on later and took it in for them to fix it. Guy jumped right up, walked out to my car and figured it out in minutes. Great overall experience."

"I very seldom give 5-star ratings but this one is deserved. I was impressed by the fact that they were able to get me in last minute. I have to say that I have experience some attitudes and less than favorable service from time to time once people see my gray hair (honestly, I’m not that old, just got a lot of gray hair) but didn’t experience that here. I was equally impressed with the service of the front desk technician, Mark. He told me what I needed to do when I called the day before five minutes before they closed and remembered me when I got there the next morning. Another thing that impressed me about this place and the people was the fact that they were able to get my mom’s car in that same day as well. Note: at the time she called, they did not know she was my mom. The care Mark took with explaining things to my mom was really cool. Her car needed to be towed as it wouldn’t start and they gave her the number to a towing service that picked it up within an hour and got it fixed before they closed. Mark was very courteous and explained everything to be done to both of our vehicles and answered all of our questions. Even though we couldn’t use our AARP discount there, he still found us coupons that brought the price down a bit. We will both be going back for our car service needs. Thank you Mark and team!"
