"Big thumbs down to the manager, Amanda. Me, my husband, and our daughter came into the store today to get some of the new Pokémon set products that came out along with the stamped promo cards they get to hand out to the customers. We all three collect and have never had a problem getting the promo cards for each of us before. We are always prepared to buy three separate products and to do the purchases separately as we are three separate people. She rang up my husbands ETB and gave him the promo card and cashed him out. She was reluctant to ring me up and also give me a promo card but she did. When we asked for the card for our daughter she stated rather rudely “uh no I’m not going to do that. That’s the limit.” I told her my daughter was going to purchase a separate third item so that she could get one. She stated “one per person” so I pointed out that my child is a person just the same as us and that she has her own collection of cards. When her first excuse didn’t work she said “well it’s one per account!” I said great! I have my own account and I’ll gladly purchase it using mine. Even though she had already given us two cards both on my husbands account so I guess the rules only apply when she wants it to? She then opened the drawer where you could clearly see multiple cards left and said “oh well we’re all out. I’m actually going to be holding these ones for customers with orders.” I didn’t want to cause a scene so we just left with my very upset child bawling her eyes out because we made a special trip to get these cards and was denied one for her. I didn’t realize the manager of this game stop likes to bully small children."

"Been coming here since they opened and I have to say if only other businesses could take the work ethic that I’ve seen here over the years! The local GameStop delivers an optimistic atmosphere so much that one could leave with their purchase, become well informed and finally feel a little more hopeful in humanity seeing that inside this store the only color barriers one must break to achieve equality is BLUE or GREEN or the 1% Red There seems to be a certain amount of love that goes into this, and it spills over to the clientele. 5 STARS"
