"Just left the store purchased 20 bags of rock, I pushed the cart all the way through the store passed 8 staff members not a one asked to help me Paid for my 20 bags of rock cashier did not ask me if I needed up unloading and passed 4 more staff while exiting. If you are keeping track that's 13 people that work at menards. I unloaded the rock by myself and then reported my displeasure with a supervisor. She just stood there and said nothing, not sorry, not I apologize nor I speak with our staff. Nothing she said nothing...HORRIBLE SERVICE."
"Great customer service. Someone always offers to help me out, especially if I look a little confused haha. There are always good sales and plenty of cleaning supplies when I need to stock up for my cleaning business. By the way, when it comes to picking up a larger item around back, you may have to get your rebate at the front of the store after you get your item in the back outdoor pick up section. We ran and drove around the store and parking lot like a chicken with its head cut off. It wasn't necessarily the employees fault though, we just had a special order and you have to get to do a little extra work when it comes to a special item pick up. Always get your rebate and you'll be a happy shopper."
