I have a lifetime wheel alignment with them and Everytime I being my car there they say there is something wrong with it and won't do the alignment without a list of thousands of dollars worth of work done on it that isn't needed. They even said I needed a new battery when I just replaced it less than a week ago wanting $250 for it. Ridiculous scam artists work here!"

"If I could give a 0, Our lord and savior knows I would.. I have never done a review because I have never had service that would warrant a 0 out of 5 but that’s what I got. First, we asked the female or male (idk these days, can’t assume) when calling about a full inspection, which we were adamant about the coolant levels and all fluids being checked to include the breaks. She/He said it would be a charge which we had no problem paying. We left the car at 3:30 for a 4:00 pm appt and 30 minutes before closing, received a call from guess who, the same person from earlier saying “we can leave it here for the night or come pick it up” because they can’t get to it, 3 1/2 hours before they closed. we get the car back. Coolant level is still showing low and breaks are still squeaking harder than a rubber ducky. Upon review of receipt, the maintenance worker decided to marked green as in go. So we call to figure out why it would be marked green, to be given a “ my employee is competent and wouldn’t mark it if it wasn’t good and there’s nothing they can do”. There is a such thing as human error and this person never acknowledges that and just went off the worker. Like I said, I understand it trusting workers, but I’m sitting in this car looking at a obvious mistake that was made and nothing was done. She decided to raise his/her voice and so I made sure to leave a lasting impression because you don’t just do that. You have to acknowledge that at times, there is human error and to bring it in and check. This place used to be good when the older gentleman used to work the front and gave awesome tips for preventive maintenance and also helped me figure out something that was going on with my other vehicle and got the recall fixed. You guys used to be great but never let this person pick up a phone please, to save business and save the next customer please and thank you."
