"Was going here for years along with family. Policy changes and and rude staff began to seep in. Could not make an appointment due to last minute work obligation , they charged me for needing to reschedule an appointment. This is already after they charged me almost $200 in "late fees" that doctor herself said she couldn't do anything about.I dont understand as i go here every 3 months and have services rendered and never knew about a "late fee balance".i don't feel this office cares about the community or its patients.Im sure they did at one point but the greed sank in."

"The staff are horrible no customer service skills what do ever . They don’t listen to what you’re saying you have to keep repeating yourself multiple times. They really need to be out of business. THEY ARE HORRIBLE."

"My fist time being in this office and I was afraid and nervous to get my root canal done , Mercedes the dentist assistant is an angel and will make you feel comfortable ! Thank you for being so kind and understanding Mercedes ."

"If I could rate it and not give it any starts I would! My daughter when there to get a root canal only to get over charge and in my opinion the lady at the front desk seem like she was trying to scam us. The only reason we didn't pay what she was asking for was because I had gotten a letter from my insurance days before stating that the procedures have been paid for and the work wasn't invent done. If you go beware not to get scammed by the front lady at the desk."

This weekend my almost two year old took a bad fall and the doctor and her wonderful secretary (Jill) were amazing with helping get my little one the care she needed (even with it being a HOLIDAY weekend). They went totally above and beyond for my little girl!! This practice is filled with very kind hearted staff, they offer practical solutions to your dental needs, & are economically priced. Dr. Schneider and her staff are also great with little ones and adults alike! Would highly recommend Silver Lake Dental!"
