"If you want to add insult to injury this is the company to use. Dealing with this Covid 19 pandemic is bad enough but at the same time getting ripped off by these guys is just criminal. Despite having details confirmed in writing many times this company still inappropriately pulled funds out of my account. Then they say they can’t automatically refund it yet because of Covid 19? They were able to automatically withdraw it though. I guess it is only allowed in one direction during a pandemic. Still waiting for my full reimbursement."
