"Avoid this agency- The reviews on Yelp are spot on. This "independent" agent was rude and unprofessional to the extreme you can't even imagine. I had this matter escalated to State Farm Headquarters because this agent was abrasive and lack any common sense. Avoid the aggravation and disrespect and find another agency."

"If you can trick the system and can live without insurance, then don't go to neither this office or any other of any ins. company. But unfortunately I doubt it, so choose to talk to the lady of this office. Louis or so is her name. She is nice and will patiently explain you your policy line by line. Although, arm yourself with few other ins. companies quotes just to be in the know what it's being told to you. Ins. are in business to earn money, so don't expect to outsmart them. Ask everything you don't understand, and keep writing it down, because the small print is usually spelled otherwise. And, don't hesitate to go back. Hopefully their door will be open, since it usually stays locked. Good luck and stay safe: the best formula with insurances, no mater of what kind. Pray that you not need them."
