Not only have our premium increased twice within a year (no claims filed), with our next policy the claims satisfaction guarantee endorsement will not apply. Was supposed to get a call to see what changes could be made, but he left us waiting for a call that never came! Rest assured you're not going to make up the expense of claims filed by others on our backs!!"
