I chose to go to their location rather than have them come to the house but they can do it either way. Over the phone they explained the process. It was very simple. When I brought my 2010 dodge journey in with a chip that spread in the windshield the friendly and fast service was great in and out in an hour and confident that we brought it to the right place they did a great job the new windshield looks great.
