The also made me feel incompetent because at the last appointment they told me they were going to do a procedure at the next appointment, but they didn't do it and I asked them about it and they claim they didn't tell us that. I don't appreciate this."

With kiddo number one we had an okay experience, we decided to return with the second child to give the office the benefit of the doubt and we actually had no complaints. We are preparing for kiddo number three and I’m not too sure. My 4/5 star rating is because I requested a callback and have yet to receive one to help prepare for kiddo number three . I believe any place where you are spending upwards of $5000 should be willing to return a call."
