"I ended up going with all state as my insurance when I just got my car something I was excited about. It turned out to be the worst choice I can make. As soon as I got with them they told me they can hook me up with a discount. My agent said that and he did. A couple weeks go by and he calls me telling me my bank info was wrong. Okay no problem i said and I get back to him with the info. However he is upset I got back to him too late. So he said instead of me taking one payment I’m taking two. And while we talking on the phone he kept talking over me and being rude. However what could I do? I gave him my bank info and said I’ll make the two payments. Than I get another call from all state and they said they can’t give me the discount anymore the discount I signed up for. Me being frustrated what can I do? It’s already to late I need the insurance. Anyway It’s time to pay up and I use all my money I got to make the two payments of $417. I have the bank statements and everything. After I pay it another transaction comes from my insurance trying to take another $417. This puts me in the negative. I call my bank to let them know I paid it. And I call all state letting them know I paid it. And I didn’t have any of the cash since I paid it. Well they said we can see you did. But since you didn’t have any money in your account for the second payment we going to have to charge you and extra $25 convince fee. And I’m like why? I paid y’all already that second transaction wasn’t supposed to go through. But since y’all tried and it didn’t go through y’all are charging me and extra $25? I tried to get it dismissed and even called customer service. They said there was nothing they can do. I’m struggling as it is like most people. I just want a reliable insurance for my car and to be happy. Ever since I been dealing with all state it’s been a hassle. Nobody in all state can help me. I asked for a request on a different agent and they said it wouldn’t matter cause you would have to deal with customer service anyway. Gio said that. I’m frustrated and feel like I have to speak out."
