"I received a gift from a good friend and while wanting to take pride in WIU…a $50 sweatshirt literally fell apart. I called the bookstore the next day and an employee, Zak took amazing care of the issue. He , solved the problem within minutes, and I have nothing but respect for their honesty the work ethic and the professionalism. It is refreshing to see accountability and apologies. In my own business I always thought I was quick to fix an error but Zak put my time to shame. It appears WIU is still providing an education. I usually order gear from Amazon but never again! This bookstore is fast, professional and kind. I love my new shirt, and the apology extras were heartwarming. Very happy!!!!!"
