"Not professional at all, worst experience ever had with an insurance agency/agent...Had no issue purchasing the insurance over the phone taking my down payment with debit card but needed to cancel due to an issue with the new car we purchased and it took me almost 3 weeks to finally get it canceled but have yet to get my deposit back! Oh and the person I spoke to over the phone, her name (Edie Pullen), was very rude to me and told me I would not be receiving ALL my money back and that it would be issued via check thru mail which would take 4-6 weeks?!! Would not recommend this agency nor would I ever use them again!"
