"I had a positive experience as Dan and the crew exhibited much courtesy and professionalism. It was my first time there after initially contacting them almost 2 years ago. I brought my own parts and will be returning to have my other vehicle serviced very soon. ,"
"I had a power steering leak took car for repair. First choice repaired the leak. Took car home something broke in the front end car would not steer. Had car towed back. Bill the owner told me that an outer tie rod had broken they repaired it. Took car home noticed oil on garage floor. Took car back for recheck. Bill the owner told me the bottom of the car was covered in oil. Bill told me he had dye put in the car to track down the leak. Car sat on the lot for 20 days checked with staff on 4 or 5 occasions. They could not find the leak. Day 19 staff told me that they would half to replace rack and pinion system in auto. Car is old and that kind of repair would cost more than the car is worth. Went to pick-up car it had a 2 1/2 foot linear dent scratch on rear passenger door. Bill told me he would need to turn it in to his insurance. Bill did me a favor by fixing the tie rods at no cost to me. So because the car is old and has other rust problems. I decided not to bother first auto with the damaged door. Other than that the business does try to handle problems in a responsible way."
