"Shady with Zero Integrity - DO NOT USE. Went to Carlos with quote inquiry to see if he could save me money with same policy as i had previously had with competitor. The quote provided was much less so I went with it. I even had his colleague email me documenting that the new policy was the same. Several months later, I caught they had snuck fine print into the policy that would cost me a fortune to replace my roof that was not in previous policy. I reached out to Carlos and even sent him the email that i had saved documenting the fact that the policy should have mirrored the previous one and he basically told me that it didn't matter and there was nothing he was willing to do. Terrible Customer Experience, Deceit, Lies, Deception."
