"A few days ago I received a policy that was under my name and received the confirmation to my email. I found this strange considering I live in IL not Texas. When I called the number on the policy to straighten things out the representative was rude and not helpful by any means. She was not allowing me to explain who I was or why I was concerned. She then gave me a number to contact who would be able to “better assist me.” When I called the number I tried to explain my situation and concern and was told again I I would not be able to be helped. The Lady who answered the second number was more concerned with going home on time rather than getting this figured out. She offered to contact me on Monday before blatantly hanging up on me. I called back to see if I could expect a Monday phone call or email. She replied “actually now that I thought about it I won’t be able to do that because....” this that and the third Do not trust this company. They are rude, arrogant, and do not care about protect their clients information or the information of others."
